Wireless modem & wireless modem router

Jan 19, 2010 2:07PM PST

I was previously using a siemens wireless modem but this was limited to one LAN & one wireless interconnection at a time.
I have now purchased a Sitecom N wireless modem router which is working very nicely with the three laptops in the house. However, I have found that the wireless signal is weak in the bedrooms and am considering purchasing a wireless "booster".
But then I thought that I might be able to utilise the old Siemens wireless modem - but I can't !!
Is there any way that I can configure the old Siemens modem to act as a booster ? Or will it only work with a separate phone line - and then only as an individual modem ?
