Wireless media bridge

Ok, so my family is looking at buying a wireless media bridge. I believe that is what the device is called. It is a device that lets you stream audio and video from your computer to your home theater system. We would like something that streams both audio and HD video. It also should be compatible with Rhapsody and itunes. Any suggestions?

Are there any media bridges that just display on your tv what is on your computer screen, or do they make you use some kind of special software which will only display certain audio/video applications?

The Xbox 360 makes a fine "bridge." No to integration with itunes but a non issue to me.
