wireless lap top to internet from my car

What do I need to be able to access the Internet from my car? Want to watch stocks and enter orders a cancel orders from my Internet broker. As cheeply as possably. Verison is $80.00 a mo. That is out of the question. Small investor Thanks.
P.S. My first time on a form if I did something wrong please let my know.

Not Recommended while driving!!

For sure you will need a free or the cheapest you can afford, wireless connection. So you can connect to the internet...

Then you may need a way to wired your computer to the car, If it is a laptop, at least for charging the battery.

Unless you mean you just want to sit in a car inside your garage/driveway.

Well, I guess thats all you need...
