Our office network has been stable for so long I haven't implemented any for quite some time.
If I were to look at it today I'd start with https://www.google.com/search?q=Meraki+WiFi+monitoring
Now this may test your IT staff's skills.
We have a Meraki network and are running MR 32, 34, and 42s on the wireless LAN. Our network has been experiencing extreme packet drops on the wireless LAN. Blocks of packets have been dropping to all destinations, and the wired LAN was no affected. Meraki has fixed the issue with a firmware update.
My question is, can we set up monitoring on our Meraki network to alert us to extreme packet drops? As of now, I am relying on unhappy employees coming up to me and complaining about there internet, not working. I want to be more proactive with our network alerts.
Thank you for any guidance!
