Wireless keyboard USB lost

Is there anyway to disable this and go to touch screen?

I'll go with no, because you can't just turn a non-touch display into a touch display.

But it is a touch screen, we just disabled it when we put the keyboard on.,

I think I know(now) what you were saying, if I am correct, you lost the USB dongle for the wireless keyboard. IF that is the case, go to a box store and purchase a 10.00 hardwire USB input keyboard and you should be back in business.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
