Question

Wireless IP camera networking system for large house

Aug 30, 2016 10:11PM PDT

I need to interconnect following devices:
-Broadband internet modem (DSL)
-12 wireless outdoor IP cameras( 1MP, h264, 5fps)
-nvr 4tb
-Desktop PC contain large collection of media files (Plex installed)
-Smart TV (dlna certified) to stream from Desktop
-Home Theatre (AVR is dlna certified) to stream from Desktop
-3 Android phones
-2 Laptops

Requirements:
-Should be able to record IP camera to NVR
-View feed from camera from Phone and Laptop
-Stream Full HD videos from Desktop to Home theater, Android phone, Laptops

I searched almost all blogs, articles from internet. Couldn't find all in one solution. I prefer wireless solution. My house is 3000sq feet, 2 storey.

How many routers, switches, Aps, Bridges and how? Please help me? Thanks in advance.

You need a specialist to source, design, install and set it up. You are far beyond the normal setup that is do it yourself.

Be sure you feel comfortable with your installer since they will be back to tune up the initial setup.

Can you point me the right direction that holds sufficient information?

All the needed information is a conflagration of schools with network courses, then your device manuals and then a year or two doing network support and finally a move to system design.

A DIY system might be a single DVR with as many cameras as it supports but you blew right past that!
