Wireless Help Please

Hi All

I am not an expert so would really appreciate some help please

Me and my wife both use laptops and we are connected by wireless

The signal is fine but we seem to lose the signal quite frequently

We have a netgear wireless router 54 MBPS cost was around

when you view them? You could have a channel conflict. Experiment with the channels the router can broadcast on. As well, make sure it's firmware is up to date. Being in the next room....unless you're in a castle, should not be your problem.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
