An important detail: volume control. In some TV's the normal speaker is silenced when you use the headphone jack, in others it just goes on. And it's not always the case that volume control on your remote controls the headphone volume, and certainly not the digital sound output. Not all user manuals mention those details.

My son has gifted a rockNgroove bluetooth headphone essentially for my cell phone because I am old and hearing deficient. I wonder whether I can use this bluetooth headphone as a wireless headphone for this tv. Perhaps this tv is not bluetooth enabled. can I go in for a bluetooth transmitter for pairing with BT hedphone. Alternately I can get RF wireless headphone. what will be cheaper suggestion.
