Wireless Connections

Oct 8, 2014 2:18PM PDT

Have a dell Windows 8.1 Laptop. It has several wireless connections from Indiana. Relative passed away. I live in Phoenix. Trying to delete those wireless connections So I can use my one here. But they won't delete. Says I need password key. Have no idea what the key is because relative passed away. I can't connect wirelessly here because it keeps trying to connect to those in Indiana. Very frustrated.. Please could someone help me? Barb

You can add your own connection and set it to use when available. The others won't hurt.

It's like having a connection defined at work and one at home. Windows always chooses the one it can find.

My laptop still has the wireless from a company I visited 2 years ago. Time to delete it, maybe.

Jaguars Wi-Fi from when I went to the Steelers and Jaguars game 2 weeks ago and I'm 2.5 hours away from Jax. Keeping them in your list helps if you travel to that area again like with Hotel wi-fi.
