Wireless connection WG111T- unable to connect to internet.

May 13, 2005 6:39AM PDT

I have 2 computers both running on XP and using AOL Broadband. I have a Netgear WG834GT router and a Netgear WG111T wireless connection. I am having problems connecting to AOL via the WG111T. On this computer with the WG111T there is an administered account plus 2 general accounts. When logging on to one of the two general accounts direct from booting the computer no connection can be made and the WG111T icon is not displayed at the bottom right of the screen. However when logging on via the administered account there is no problem, the wireless icon can be displayed and connection made to AOL. Once the administration account has been accessed and then switch to one or other of the two general accounts they can also access AOL. This can be done whether the administration account has logged onto AOL or not. I have checked the network connections in the control panel which reports that the wireless connection is working correctly. Even when I cannot connect to AOL I can still receive automatic virus updates via McAfee.
Hope someone can help? Have tried AOL Help without success.
