Wireless Connection to Router?

Hi All

I have a NAS connected to my wireless router and would like to stream music/photo's to my TV.

I've seen various messages about connecting a tv to your wireless router, but not with the TV I have.

Can you get a wireless usb dongle (wiselink) for a Series 6 LCD tv? The model number is LE37A656A1FXXU.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Paul

Wireless Connection to Router?

pseymour75,

I'm not sure if DLNA is part of the 2008 6-Series. Is there any information listed in the manual regarding DLNA connectivity, or wireless connectivity for that feature?

Hi

Thanks for your reply...to be honest I don't know. I will check the manual to see if it makes reference to DLNA connectivity.

Is this different to the wise link feature? (sorry for the basic questions!).

Cheers

pseymour75,

If you note which region you're inquiring from, I'll be happy to download the manual and take a look, if that helps.

pseymour75,

The UK site doesn't have manuals posted (only the QuickStart guides), and I'm not sure why. So without being able to look at the manual, I wouldn't be able to give a definitive answer. I do know that DLNA features in the US began with the 40-inch models and up, but I don't know if it's that way worldwide. I might suggest calling the service centre in the UK at 0845-SAMSUNG to see if the local customer service people can give you a definitive answer.
