1. No make or model but older machines do this a lot. I'm replacing internal cards with simple 10 buck USB wifi.
2. Change the channel as well.
When I'm on my laptop, about every 15 minutes, the connection resets. I already updated everything and changed the security from WEP to WPA. It's only my computer because my other laptop doesn't do this.
