I am having the same issue since my TV updated on Friday. Spent an hour with tech support and they tried to blame everything but the TV...only problem was everything else in the house connects fine and the TV connected fine prior to the update. They ended up escalating it, so we will see if I get a reply. Frustrating because connecting to Netflix through the tv is my only way to get the 4K content.
Hi, I'm in the UK. Since a firmware update a few days ago on the Samsung Smart Hub where they installed Spotify, which I didn't ask for & don't want, I keep having problems connecting to the internet. I know I'm not alone with this issue having done some homework on it but I'm not finding any solutions. Sometimes, after waiting a while it fixes itself, no idea how. Yesterday it wasn't working at all. All I keep getting is that the wireless network is disconnected & it can't connect to the router. There's no problem with the router. I did a reset on the router but that didn't help with this.
I had a bunch of numbers show - IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway & DNS Server - as zeros. I entered new numbers manually. These were Broadband Port numbers & then LAN Port numbers. I don't know what those numbers mean, I'm not technically minded when it comes these sort of details, but they didn't help.
Anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. PS. I see this morning that the Spotify app & the YouTube app have been removed. I still can't get access to the internet though.
