Question

Wireless connection disappeared.

Dec 26, 2013 5:40AM PST

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 15 and have had no internet problems until now. My carrier is SureWest. I am running Windows 8.1. Yesterday, I started getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors and then when I went to reconnect to wi-fi later, the connection doesn't show up on the list. When I try to add it as a new connection, it says that it already exists. I have reset the box and turned the wi-fi switch on and off a few times with no avail.Help?! Right now I have a 100-foot cable stretched across the house and the wife isn't too happy about that!
