Has this just recently started or has the problem occurred for quite a while?
In the meantime, I would start by installing all the most recent drivers/firmware for your card and router.

Often, when I am connected to my wireless network, my laptop will freeze up three times in a row for about half a second each with half a second between each freeze. This happens about every minute, and by freeze I mean that everything stops, including mouse movement (but if I move the physical mouse while it's frozen, the computer will register that movement after it resumes) and any sounds or music playing. I am using a Gigabyte GN-WIAG Wireless Network miniPCI Adapter to connect to a Microsoft router/AP. Any help on how to stop these annoying
