Are the usual powerline network kits (preferred) and something like the Netgear WNCE2001.
Since these are plentiful, plug into the Ethernet port of the TV, I can't guess why these are not offered at the store. I pick these up on Amazon, Newegg here.

I have a Sony BDP-S380 and I'm trying to connect it to my wireless network I have in my house. Sony would like consumers to buy a Sony wireless adapter(UWA-BR100) to connect wirelessly to the network but is it necessary to spend $182 on a wireless network adapter. Just to give some more information about my wireless network I have an Actiontech router and I'm connected to it by way of broadband I'm running 65mbps of wireless streaming. Is there anything that I'm not looking at with this, or do I need to shell out the $$$ and buy the specific wireless adapter Sony wants us consumers to buy. Thanks
