Wireless Access Point drops connection

I have a Proxim Orinoco Ap-700 wireless access point and it keeps dropping signal. I have tracked down the problem to being the 2 cordless Headset Telephone Pantronics CT 12 we use in the office. I have moved the wireless access point to channel 11 to try to get away from the telephone frequency but the telephone frequecy roams. Does anyone have any suggestion on a good wireless access point that will go above channel 11?

I have tried other channels but with the wireless phone roaming I am good for a few phone calls and then I am interfering with the wireless again.
