I ordered a razr phone. Wirefly had a $150 rebate for it.
I received the phone and when I turned it on it said, unauthorised sim card. I called Wirefly. The Customer Service department informed me that I had a defective phone. Now I'll be phoneless for an additional several days. I receive the new phone. Same display upon turning it on. This time when I called Wirefly, I was told to call Cingular for activation. Well, apparently my first phone was fine. I now had to return the first phone. I was so frustrated by them, that I sent the first phone in the wrong box. When I called to tell them what had occurred, they told me that I was no longer eligible for the rebate!
WIREFLY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE!!
