wirefly.com-total nightmare!
Aug 12, 2005 6:26AM PDT

I agree. Wirefly is a Total Nightmare. Their customer support is a joke!
Wirefly online page where I supposedly can trace my order or cancel, is another scam. When I tried to get to my order, choosing the option STATUS OF YOUR ORDER, I got the message that Verizon needs more information from me. (No true, I called Verizon). So, I decided to cancel my order. But when I punched the same order number with option CANCEL YOUR ORDER, I got the message: Wrong order number. Try different number. Interesting, isnt't it?

Wirefly is NOT REACHBLE. I tried to explain them what Verizon told me. Total nightmare. There is no consumer support. They only pick up the phone if I pretended that I want to buy a phone. Once you ask them for help, they refer you to customer support number ? but UNFORTUNATELY, THIS TELEPHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AT THIS TIME. THEY HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM. Hm... Very interesting, indeed.
Stll waiting for their e-mail. Still want to cancel the order. Barbara B.

Wirefly cannot be trusted
Aug 15, 2005 8:03AM PDT

I too had a problem witht them. After sending all the information I needed in order to get my rebate they sent a letter back saying items were missing. Specifically the UPC from the phone and the bills showing I was paid in full and in contract for 4 months. The problem? I sent the original UPC code from the phone so of course I couldn't resend. Second, because this was a corporate account the bills were paid automatically but due to a change in my account number this did not happen for the first 3 months. I sent a letter explaining why the bills showed as past due WITH a screen shot of my present balance showing paid in full. This was never responded to. I have notified our purchasing department (and I work for a Fortune 500 company) to not utilize Wirefly for any future purchases and they are now an un-authorized web site. Their support is horrible. You cannot get them to reply and the means of communication is unsatisfactory.
