Wirefly/Inphonics Support

I have called about 4 times to each company, Wirefly telling me that the Motorola Razr V3 is definitely in stock and i have talked to 2 supervisors at the company saying that without a doubt they have it in stock. I then contacted Inphonics customer service for only 'darla' to tell me that without a doubt they do not have it stock. I complained for about 10 minutes straight in which she said it should be in within 2 to 3 days and she had to run it by her manager to get faster shipping than just ground. After about 5 minutes on hold she said I could get next day shipping for free when it is back in stock.

I got off the phone with her, called up wirefly once again only to be told once again they had it in stock. They gave me the same ol' customer relations number for Inphonics, called them up again to get Branden who told me they will not get the phone for another 2-3 weeks. I asked to talk to a Supervisor, he said none was available when holding for 10 minutes but assured me his manager "fadi" would call me tomorrow. If it is not in by friday I am calling the BBB and then cancelling my order.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go for the phone? I want a cingular family plan with the motorola Razr V3. I am already sick of their service.
