Wirefly (Inphonic) sold me a used phone

I ordered and received 2 Motorola E815 phones. One came new; but the other was used and contained the former owner's address book, call history, everything. Since it's not that person's fault (careless that he didn't clear the phone) I won't post his phone number here.

Now that I read more about this company (thanks to all of you), I am considering cancelling entirely. But, we ported one of the phone numbers and that's probably how they hook you.

I will update this posting as I learn more. At this point, I am distrustful and cannot recommend doing business with them.
