Wired Earphones with Inline Microphone Always Listening

I'm looking for a pair of wired earphones with an inline microphone that are always listening for google voice commands. I'm using a Motorola Moto X.

I don't want to push any buttons to make/take calls.

Where can I find something like this?

Are there any Android apps that do this?

I have yet to encounter such a beast. Seems impractical due to the arguably weighted nature of how these devices get used most of the time vs that particular regime.

Let us know if you located an app as such.
