Why use Winzip if support for opening, reading, extracting zip-files is baked into Windows since Windows XP?
Anyway, try on a different computer. I expect it to be the same. Then contact the maker of the zip file for a better (or maybe I should say: uncorrupted) version that can be read by Windows.
