Sorry but that was a bit easy to find. Can you share why you could not find it?

Am running WinXP Pro SP2 on MacBookAir via Parallels Desktop 8. Can I get SP3, if so where from as it is no longer available on Windows Download site.

Think I went to official Widows Update page and read that support for SP3 had ended. Naturally, took that at face value.
But I used a search engine, found it and it does download.
What support did you require today?
Bob
saying that Windows XP SP3 is not available via Windows download site because it isn't showing up in Windows Update you need to download the Network Installation Package for IT Professionals and Developers regardless of the page it is located on implying that that is the only group that should download it.
The file is the complete SP3 and installs easily on the PC in less time than the minimal version on the update site did plus you can save it to CD and avoid another download at a later time should you again need it.
Bob's link gets you right to the proper page:
