WinXP and PST Import Incompatible error message

I am getting an incompatible error message when I go to import my PST file after a clean install. Nothing could be worse than Microsoft NOT having some migration tool to allow this! Help! Does anyone have a fix for this issue? My PST comes from Office XP Standard and WinXP Pro . . .

Are you talking about Microsoft Outlook *.pst files?

If so, have a look at this site;
