WinXP All Programs window

Mar 7, 2004 5:02PM PST

I have so much software on this PC that when I click Start- all programs- I can not see all that is in the columns because there are too many columns. How do you get to the columns that are off the screen to the right?

What I did is right click start, left click properties and change to classic menu.

Forgot to mention that if you elect to change to classic menu, it may rearrange some of your desktop Icons and you will have to drag them back to where you want them.

No need to switch to Classic view....Right click on task bar/Properties/Start Menu/Customize/Advanced tab and under "Start Menu Items", uncheck "Scroll Programs".
