For now I'd move on. That is, ignore it.
After ripping a disc, I hovered over the file & saw a message:
"Error: decoder appears to be frozen, corrupt audio file?"
I tested it out on my media player. Looked & sounded fine. So any idea what's up?

For now I'd move on. That is, ignore it.
All that means is Windows and by that I mean YOUR install of Windows had some issue with it's native decoding. Not all associated apps play nice with Explorer and besides having to write 2 chapters in a book and about an hour with a white board to cover "How this works" my advice is to ignore it and enjoy.
