"So yes, the WinSXS folder is very large, and it will continue to grow as the OS ages."
This issue is in Windows 7 as well.
i am using windows vista home premium and i done some online updates so now i am in sp2.
Now my O.S is working fine but my windows folder is 20 Gb in that i observed that winsxs occupied 16GB.How to delete all these unwanted data.
i done disk cleanup for free space .but i got some MB space only.
So please tell me how to get that space back with out formatting O.S.
Thanks in advonce.
