Winfax's problem with importing a phone book.

by kleinermuk / February 2, 2006 5:15 AM PST

I have a hard time with importing a phonebook into the Winfax.
I have a file with a list of the fax numbers that I need to import in a .txt format. Every number is on separate line in a format like this: 1112223344.
I opened a WinFax and did the following: File- Import- PhoneBook- Format ASCII (Text File)- Next button- Select a file (selected my .txt file)- Next button- Columns separated by Tab-Next.
Then WinFax would show me the first record, I would choose the Phonebook field: FAx number- Next button - finally Finish button. At that point in order for me to import I have to click OK for each number imported (each number appears in a small pop up window), which is quite tiring when you have few thousands of them. Is there any way to automate this process and not confirm each number manually? Thx
