WindowXp Limited Account and Hp DeskJet 3325 problem

I have windowsXp on my PC. And I have two accounts in it. One is Administrator account ('Inder Pal Meel') and another is Limited account ('temp'). My printer (inkjet hp 3325) is working fine with Administrator account ('Inder Pal Meel'). But whenever I am logged on as Limited account ('temp'), the Black Cartridge (27 No) is not working; only Color Cartridge (28 No) is working.
