Is there someplace on C/NET where I can find lessons on XP to study?

Any "lessons" you might find on Cnet aren't likely worth free.

I'd suggest going to your local bookstore (or Amazon) and picking out a book or two for yourself on the subject. Then read a chapter or two a day until you're done. Rinse and repeat with a more advanced book as many times as you want.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
