Windows7 RAM Problem

I Use Windows 7 32bit Ultimate Edition
I Hav Installed 2GB OF Ram In My System.When I Click On My Computers Properties.it Shows Installed Memory 2GB(1.75 GB usable ).
Please Help

256MB GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

That's your graphics card, sharing memory with your RAM. That's where the missing RAM is.
