and try to de-select it as a startup item. Reboot and see if it comes back. Perhaps it's not necessary anyway. There could be an incompatibility issue with SP3 and your version of the mentioned programs. You might either look for an update of these or try uninstalling/reinstalling the programs.
I have just upgraded the service pack 3 for Windows XP professional.
Everytime I boot up, I get an " Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e) Code. When I click out of it, I recieve a windows message saying "hpqthb08.exe-Common Language Runtime Debugging Service". It also gives me the process id, and thread id. I also recive this message when I try and run Hp's Photosmart Essntial, or other Photoshop programs. I am far from a computer wiz, but if anyone can help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
