Windows XP SP2 not reconizing Zone Alarm in 2nd account

I have Windows XP SP2 with 2 accounts, mine and my wife's. In my account, everything is fine, but in my wife's account, the security center (the red shield with the X) the is showing up in the notification area (tasks area with the clock) that the Zone Alarm is turned off even when Zone Alarm is showing on in that same notification area! Why is the security center not seeing Zone Alarm on in her account? Both of our accounts are set up as the administrators by the way. If I'm leaving anything out, let me know. Thanks

If ZA works in the second account, that's OK. The security alerts it's only an observability utility. If it doesn't detect properly, it's because the interface between ZA and SP2 isn't properly working. Solution ? Make sure that you have ZA latest version. This problem is more on ZA side than SP2 side.

Same thing happened with NAV. Symantec provided a patch for NAV 2004 and NAV 2003 (using Live Update).
