Windows Xp Installation

by Mullin3401 / July 8, 2010 3:14 AM PDT

So I downloaded the Windows Xp home sharing 2. And I noticed there was no little computer button on the bottom right corner of the screen. I have a wireless card for internet. I dont know what to do. It says I can upgrade xp with cd key. But I can not find my cd key. Does anyone know where I can get a cd key that will work? And can you help me with my internet problem?

What is that?

What is "Windows Xp home sharing 2"?

What does that "little computer button on the bottom right corner of the screen" do?

What says you can upgrade XP with a CD Key? Upgrade to what? Belarc Advisor will inventory your computer and provide a list of all hardware and software, including serial numbers.

About that CD Key. These forums do not provide CD Keys. It is piracy and is against Forum Policy. Please don't ask that again.

On the Desktop, right click the "My Network Places" icon. Click Properties. Right click your Local Area Connection. Click Properties. Put a check mark in the "Show icon in notification . . ."

Are you trying to set up File and Printer sharing?
