Windows XP Defrag-0% But Lists Fragmented Files

I defragged my hard drive the other day and this morning I checked my fragmentation and it lists:

File fragmentation = 0 %
Free space fragmentation = 0 %

File fragmentation
Total files = 94,469
Average file size = 418 KB
Total fragmented files = 384
Total excess fragments = 1,213
Average fragments per file = 1.01

Now this does not look like 0% Fragmentation to me.

Does anyone know why this happened?
