There are patches and KB articles are still in the works so to speak with your combination of items. Microsoft support may have your answer.
Here is my problem. I have a Windows 2003 Server Standard (has two NIC Cards 1 goes to Internet via DSL the other to the LAN) with Terminal Server installed in App Mode. I also have a valid T/S Cal installed. The problem is with the client PC which is Windows XP Pro with all the latest windows patches applied(connects via DSL). After the client has been idle for about 20 mins, when the user goes to use the PC it takes about 1 1/2 to 2 mins for the PC to respond. Sometimes it will not respond at all. I have checked all power management settings on the server, client, and T/S session and made sure they are set to none for everything. The client PC also runs PC Anywhere which is started at boot. The only thing I have not tried is disabling PC Anywhere. I also have another Windows XP pro that connects to the server directly through a LAN with the same problem except that it does not have PC Anywhere installed.Any Ideas ?
