When I try to connect a iPhone 4 to my computer, I get a message saying "USB Device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it" I have all the right things installed because it works just fine if I connect my iPhone 5s. Any ideas or suggestions? Does this mean the phone has internally malfunctioned and is not able to connect?
