Windows Vista Home Edition wont connect to the WiFi

<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">My office wifi network doesnt connect on my Compaq laptop running Windows Vista Home Edition.

<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">All other devices, macs, windows, linux, android, ipads etc can connect with no problems. The compaq does however recognise neighbouring networks.

<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">What could be the problem. It used to be able to connecy, but suddenly decided not to.

what does the office's IT person say?

You say it used to connect, so what has happened since it did? What changes?

Not sure why you can't copy/paste in the text box. Try this. Find the right hand icon to the right of the smiley and click that. That turns off text formatting. Can you paste into the box now?
