windows vista cannot update

hello all

i want to ask your oppinion about the update system in windows vista because my update has been error every time i try to update windows

is there any ways to remove the error and how to solve it

i really gratefull for that

for your info my windows vista version are vista ultimate

Please tell all you know about the error, such as the error code. That tells a lot.

Common reasons are:
- pirated version of Windows Vista (do you have a legal one?)
- malware
but there might be more.

this message occur about a year ago to be exact 14 month until now

i try the solution it say BITS problem but as you can see it still the same way as i did not do anything

about the os it bundle with the pc already install vista ultimate

just as i answer the question above i did not have the box and i even dont know the vista keys either its there any idea on how to detect the key or maybe a suggestion on buying new vista installation OS
