That USBUCHI.sys is related to USB ports and they are called into action by drivers for USB devices. Do you have any USB devices attached?
The other thing I would 'guess' at, is heat. If the system fails to boot up again for 10 minutes or so, I wonder if it is over-heating. This is a laptop so it is important to keep the air vents clear and use the computer on a hard surface.
Cleaning laptops, (dust removal), isn't as easy as it is with desktops, but Bob's advice in his post below may be useful;
Cleaning a laptop. Sorry folks, laptops need cleaning too!.
I hope that helps.

When I get on my Acer 5315, it likes to be "grumpy". It works normal but whatever I do.. it crashes with a USBUCHI.sys crash or another blue screen. When I try to boot it back up, it doesn't do anything. The lights come up and the sounds inside the computer tells you that its running but it is not. I turned it off and on numerous times but it doesn't start up. It wont work unless you let it sit for 10+ minutes.. and when I start it back up.. it does the same thing.. need help.. thanks!
