Looks like a home built unit.

Here's a common issue I'm running into.

1. The BIOS is out of date.
2. This leads to the memory voltage being out of spec.
3. The owners rarely check the memory voltage specs or understand that when you build your own you get to check everything for being in spec.
4. torrents are bad news at the counter. We often find pirated applications, cracks and just bad things. For those we have to ask the owner if we can reinstall the OS proper to wipe it all out.
5. The issue could be the power supply or heat. Tell us why you think it's not.

". how and what config must i use in the bios to check this and to what do i chance it then."

This is likely the area that needs attention. As the designer and builder you get the specifications for your RAM and then look to see if the BIOS set it properly.

Why are you not doing this?
