I went to Windows to see if there are any updates and when it checked to see it came up with this: Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered or installed on your computer. Then it has an option already ticked: Register or install the files for me now.(Recommended) When I click on it, it acts as though it is doing this, but it goes back to the same message. Is this a temporary MS problem? I've looked for a solution on their website, but couldn't find anything. I've never had this problem before. Is it me?.Help!!....Maggie
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
