What's wrong with windowsupdate.com? Is it down?

I got windowsupdate.com to download only once. Then, I tried the website several more times and couldn't get back in. ZoneAlarm does not even register. I got the troubleshoot page, but it only shows the heading and border. There's no print in the middle of the page.

Just got connected to cable high speed internet service, which has been working fine except for the Windows Update website problem. Sad

I just remembered that I had AdSubtract running on my pc, which was preventing windowsupdate.microsoft.com from downloading.
