Windows Update

I just installed Windows update 6 beta. Now, I cannot access Windows Updates! How can I return to version 5 or force Windows to reinstall Windows update. Isn't it an active x control?

It should be in

downloaded programs files. C:\windows\downloaded program files.

No luck

Which file? There seems no way to get Windows update 5 back.

I have v5 and

it is labled WUWebConrolClass. I would assume that the Beta is labeled something similiar or the same. Highlight it and go to the top left of the page and click on file/properties and it will tell you what it is.

Now, I get an error 0x80245003. I deleted and restored wups.dll, but it did no good. I'll have to do a reinstall of Windows. I'm trying the system file checker now.
