Nov 16, 2015 10:57PM PST

hi all

I've got the ironkey windows to go 10 enterprise and I want to install some programs.
first firefox crashes all the time I open it, chrome is not downloading, adobe acrobat is not downloading.

the wireless connection is active and works perfect but when I try to download anything is not allowing me.
I disabled firewall but still I can't get anything running on it.
anyone has a fix for this?

thanks

That's Microsoft's most supported system. You should be able to get INSTANT Support from them.Give them a call.

windows 10 is still buggy, get support directly from the their technicians might be the best and the most quick way for your case

While I'm not seeing those bugs the OP and you noted, they have that Enterprise version which they dropped a suitcase of cash for. I've found MSFT support for Enterprise to be fine.

What error are you getting?

Typically if software isn't downloading it the internet connection. What is your connection speed? Right click on the network icon on the taskbar then click Open network and sharing then click the connection. I have a Local Area connection here at work that says 1 GB. MY wireless at home says 144 MB.
