I just changed the clock and told the OS not to do DST. Go figure why a patch was needed.
Have a Windows Small Business Server 2003 and have it setup for a VPN connection. Unfortunatleu once I downloaded the Updates that would allow me to be "Daylight savings time correct" I connect to my VPN and it stays connected for about 5 minutes where I can use all the resources. Then Outlook/Exchange will start connecting/reconnecting. Then after about another 5 minutes I am unable to connect to folders on the server and Outlook/Exchnage will no longer connect. But my connection to the server still shows connected. A minute later the connection shows a yellow warning sign over it.
At this point I connect to the server with Remote Desktop and run the "Configure Remote Access" Task in the server administrator. After this the cycle starts over again.
