Question

Windows Shortcut File

Hi, some thing weird happened so all the links icons have the internet explorer (e) icon, and any new link will have the e automatically
any body can help me to fix that

registry cleaners just prior? You could start by trying system restore to the most recent point where everything worked.

unfortunately system restore is not working error (0x8000ffff) showed
I tried ccleaner to fix the registry, didn't get any difference
I'll keep trying Happy

Hi, system restore worked after restarting the computer (even with the error (0x8000ffff) at the try time

- Links to what?
- What icon did you expect?

For example, to the left of the line I'm typing right how, I see a link to Windows 2000/NT. And that's just blue text, not an icon at all. And that is quite correct.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
