That's very ambitious and will need a lot of googling and visiting sites more dedicated to Windows Server than this consumer oriented forum.

I think only Microsoft knows ALL issues. And that's an optimistic view, because not everybody will report all issues he finds to Microsoft if he can find a work-around.
Remember Microsoft still fixes bugs in programs as old as Internet Explorer 11 or Windows 7.

Hope you have a few years to get to that.

Microsoft maintains a Knowledge Base of issues and bugs. Many have fixes so how do they say it? "It you go looking for trouble you find plenty."

I can't imagine why I'd want to know all the problems with any OS today. All of them have problems and issues and this is why there are knowledge bases that we can search when we have an issue. If you are looking for a problem or issue free system, I've yet to find one.

Can you refine your question?
