Windows Script Host Nuisance-Outlook Express

May 23, 2007 9:10AM PDT

Whenever OE sends or receives email, I get a pop-up window under Windows Script Host "Can not find script file "C:\Program Files\Support.Com\Qwest\vbs\sdcOECapture.js". I have tried every avenue that I can think of to eliminate this, stumped! Can't find that file anywhere in the PC,don't have anything to do with Qwest since April 10th, using Telus DSL now. If the file is non-existant, how do I tell Script Host to stop looking for it?
Thanks for help----Rover71

I don't need whatever this missing file is supposed to be, so didn't think re-installing Qwest would help.I deleted most it to avoid conflict with Telus. Would that show the script one up so I could delete it?

I re-enabled Scripting, then deleted all cookies and temp files in Internet Properties again, the Pop Up is gone now, hopefully for good. Thanks for any help-------Rover71
